Job summary

Advocate Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a full‑time physical therapist for the Inpatient Rehabilitation department. You will treat patients with brain injuries, strokes, spinal injuries and other complex conditions on the Winston Campus, across inpatient rehab and acute care, with weekend rotation and 8:00–17:00 hours.

The role emphasizes evidence‑based practice, patient‑centered care, strong communication within a multidisciplinary team, and timely documentation in a fast‑paced academic

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in NC with current licensure.
• BS degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• CPR certification required every two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care assessments and treatments that are comprehensive and goal‑oriented.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including evaluations and progress notes.
• Meet department productivity and budget expectations; adjust schedules as needed.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency of services.
• Supervise PT students and PTA students to develop clinical skills.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, physicians and staff.
