Job summary

Planet Fitness in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a welcoming, Judgement Free member experience. You will answer calls, greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, and process purchases at the POS, while promoting fitness classes.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe club environment, handling questions promptly, and contributing to a positive team dynamic.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
