Job summary

Planet Fitness is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Memphis club. You will handle phone inquiries, greet and sign up members, and support daily operations to ensure a friendly, judgment-free environment.

Responsibilities include assisting members, promoting fitness classes, processing POS transactions, and maintaining a clean club. Must be 18+, have basic computer skills, and provide excellent service.

• Basic computer proficiency

• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities

• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members

Job Location: L182 Winchester Rd - Memphis, TN 38125

Part- Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Schedule: [Thursday: 6pm - 10 pm, Friday: 6pm - 9 pm, and Sunday: 1 - 7 pm]

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script


• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.


• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner


• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system


• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members


• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
