Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Greensboro, NC is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet members, process sign-ups, and answer questions. Starting pay is $11 per hour with scheduled shifts and POS duties.

Shifts include mornings and evenings across Mon-Sun, with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year. Benefits include PTO, EAP, and free Black Card Membership as part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job description

Part- Time: Starting at $11 per hour.

Possible Shifts: Monday - Thursday 4:45 AM - 9:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Friday - Sunday 6:45 AM - 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
