Job summary

National Fitness Partners, owner of Planet Fitness franchises, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Broomall, PA. The role offers an hourly wage with raises at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months after the first year, based on anniversary date.

You will assist members, answer inquiries, process sales, and promote fitness programs in a Judgement Free environment. Candidates should have customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and basic computer skills.

• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring a Judgement Free experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Details: Job Location: L011 Broomall - Broomall, PA 19008, Salary Range: $12.00 Hourly, Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
