Job summary

Planet Fitness in East Granby, CT is seeking a part-time team member to deliver exceptional customer service and support a Judgement Free fitness experience. Begin at $17 per hour with powerful growth through regular hourly increases after 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months following the first year.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using an information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
