Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Conshohocken, PA, on the second shift. The role starts at $11 per hour with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary date.

You will be part of the National Fitness Partners family, the largest Planet Fitness franchise nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting members, processing signups, answering questions, promoting our classes, handling POS transactions, and keeping the club clean

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Friday 1PM - 5PM

Saturday and Sunday 1PM - 5PM

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
