Job summary

Planet Fitness in Columbus, OH is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Representative starting at $12 per hour for weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays, 12p-7p). Positions include hourly increases at 180 days and at 1 year, then every 6 months after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Responsibilities include greeting members, signing up new members, answering questions, handling purchases at POS, and promoting PE@PF classes while ensuring a clean, safe club environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner following the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
