Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Lakewood, OH club. You will greet members, answer phones, sign up new members, and log amenities, while helping maintain a welcoming Judgement Free environment.

The shift runs Monday–Friday with early morning hours, offering competitive pay with scheduled increases after 180 days and each anniversary. Join a team focused on growth and helping others stay active.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Details: Job Location: L185 Lakewood - Lakewood, OH 44107, Monday-Friday 4:45am-12:45pm 40 hours

Full - Time: Starting at 4:45am-6am $13 per hour 6am-12:45pm $12 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script

• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
