Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in Brownsburg, IN. The role starts at $12 per hour with a structured schedule including evenings.

Responsibilities include greeting members, answering calls, processing purchases, and promoting Planet Fitness programs. In this role you will help deliver a Judgement Free fitness experience while supporting daily club operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment

Job Location: L168 Brownsburg - Brownsburg, IN 46112, Part- Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Schedule A: Monday 11am-3pm, Tuesday 2pm-10pm, Thursday 9am-5pm

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
