Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a polished Concierge for a luxury multifamily community in Downtown Austin. You will greet residents, guests and vendors, manage access, and provide discreet, high-touch service in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible availability to cover morning, evening, mid shifts, and occasional overnight is required; pay ranges from $19 to $21 per hour. The role emphasizes privacy, professionalism, and proactive problem solving to enhance resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality or luxury residential concierge preferred.
• Familiarity with property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
• Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.

• LOCATION: Downtown Austin - Rainey Street District.
• SCHEDULE: Flexible availability is required to cover morning shifts (7:00 AM-3:00 PM), evening shifts (3:00 PM-11:00 PM), and occasional mid-shifts (11:00 AM-7:00 PM). Limited overnight coverage (11:00 PM-7:00 AM) may also be needed. Scheduling will depend on staffing and operational needs.
