Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a polished Concierge for our luxury Downtown Austin community. You will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and serve as a trusted point of contact for daily needs with privacy and professionalism.

Success means delivering elevated service, coordinating with vendors, handling requests with discretion, and maintaining accurate logs in BuildingLink.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
• Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.

• LOCATION: Downtown Austin - Rainey Street District
• SCHEDULE: Flexible availability is required to cover morning shifts (7:00 AM-3:00 PM), evening shifts (3:00 PM-11:00 PM), and occasional mid-shifts (11:00 AM-7:00 PM). Limited overnight coverage (11:00 PM-7:00 AM) may also be needed. Scheduling will depend on staffing and operational needs
• PAY RATE: $19 - $21

Education & Experience
