Bank of Bird-in-Hand is seeking a Part Time Commercial Lender in Paradise to manage existing client relationships and assist with growth. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, expanding client relationships, sourcing new prospects, cross-selling bank products, and maintaining credit quality.

The ideal candidate has a commercial lending background, strong relationship management, and a solid understanding of bank products and credit quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in relationship management banking.

Responsibilities

• Grow bank profitability by developing new and expanded client relationships.
• Source prospects and cross-sell bank products to customers and referrals.

Bank of Bird-in-Hand is actively seeking a Part TimeCommercial Lender to join our team in Paradise. The Commercial Lender is responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and assisting with the growth of the bank.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals through outside sales and managing existing customer relationships.
• Contributing to the profitability and growth of the Bank by building, developing, and managing new and expanded client relationships with retail customers.
• Sourcing prospects and developing new customer relationships by selling appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients and identifying and successfully capitalizing on cross-sell opportunities and making appropriate referrals
• Managing loan and portfolio credit quality.

Preferred Skills:

• Commercial lending background
• Excellent relationship management and business development/sales skills
• Advanced knowledge of credit and credit quality
• Advanced knowledge of bank products and services
• Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships
