Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in relationship management banking.

Responsibilities

• Meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals through outside sales and managing existing customer relationships.
• Contributing to the profitability and growth of the Bank by building, developing, and managing new and expanded client relationships with retail customers.
• Sourcing prospects and developing new customer relationships by selling bank products and services and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
• Managing loan and portfolio credit quality.
