Bank of Bird-in-Hand is seeking a Head Teller for their Honey Brook Branch. You'll oversee daily teller operations, fostering a team atmosphere focused on efficiency and customer service.

The Head Teller is responsible for overseeing daily teller operations and fostering a team environment focused on efficiency and customer service. Responsibilities:

• Overseeing tellers and their transactions at the branch

• Maintaining vault cash and coin while ensuring cash limits are not exceeded
• Acting as a source of knowledge of banking policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• A minimum 2+ years of banking experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Skills:

• Prior leadership experience in the banking industry
