Qualifications

• Experience with EMR and scheduling software.
• Proficient with office technology and healthcare software.
• Customer service experience.
• Background in clinical setting and medical terminology is a plus.
• Willing to follow directions; adaptable and organized.
• Strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (G-Suite).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurances and authorizations of visits.
• Delegate and coordinate tasks with other coordinators, PTs, Site Directors and management.
• Enter charges and review daily patient payments.
• Prepare and coordinate in-services and events with Site Director and management.
• Clerical duties: inventory, orders, phone work; assist patients with paperwork.
• Communicate arrival of clients and ensure timeliness of sessions.
• Multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a neat, organized workspace and facility cleanliness.
• Assist in scheduling and understand patient care plans.
• Follow up on daily reports and coordinate prescriptions/authorizations.
