Job summary

U.S. Servico, Inc. seeks a Part Time Cleaning Specialist in Ann Arbor, MI. The position runs evenings with cleaning on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 3 hours per night, starting after 5pm.

Hourly pay is $15.00, with biweekly pay. Candidates must be 18+ and able to follow safety guidelines while joining a growing team that keeps buildings open and operational. You’ll use standard cleaning gear, apply chemicals, clock in and out via app, and potentially advance as others move into supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• High School and/or GED is encouraged.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the job site.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning equipment as needed and perform basic cleaning tasks.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and work bending or standing for shifts.
• Clock in/out via cellphone app and complete inspection reports with photos.
• Clean and detail service areas to Servico standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Arrive on site on time and work well in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• -Able to use cleaning equipment if required (i.e. canister or backpack vacuum, walk behind floor scrubber, and mopping systems)
• -Using various cleaning chemicals
• -Able to bend, stand, lift, etc.
• -Ability to use cellphone application to clock in and clock out for scheduled work hours
• -Ability to use cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures
• -Clean and detail to customers satisfaction, following closely to scope of work expected.
• -Clean service areas according to Servico Standards (reviewed during training)
• -Show up to location on time, every time as scheduled
• -Demonstrate ability to work in a team like setting or individually
• -Able to work with minimal supervision
• -Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Cleaning duties are, but not limited to:

• -Basic commercial cleaning
• -Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber)
• -Detailing
• -Dusting and wet wiping
• -Trash removal
• -Bathroom cleaning
• -Supply stocking

Qualifications:

• -Must have reliable transportation to the job site
