Job summary

U.S. Servico, Inc. is seeking an Evening Janitorial Supervisor to lead sanitation efforts in Wixom and surrounding MI sites. The role is full-time, 3:00 pm start, typically Monday–Friday with possible weekend coverage. Expect 32–40 hours weekly with biweekly pay at $19.00/hr.

The supervisor will establish standards, evaluate sites, train staff, and ensure top cleanliness, safety, and quality while coordinating with warehouse operations and covering shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial cleaning experience.
• Previous management experience.
• High School or GED encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Establishing work standards.
• Conducting site evaluations to ensure cleaning and detailing per scope of work.
• Performance evaluations for employees.
• Orientation and training of employees.
• Ensure highest level of cleanliness, quality and safety.
• Fill in for absent employees as needed to clean service areas.
• Cover open shifts as required.
• Coordinate with warehouse to stock janitor closets.
• Operate cleaning equipment as needed and use cleaning chemicals.
• Show up on time and work with or without supervision.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.

Description

This is a full time evening, hands on, Janitorial Supervisor Position. This will be anywhere from 32-40 hours a week. This position will be typically Monday - Friday but could also include some weekend coverage if needed. Some of the cities to be covered will include Auburn Hills, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills,Clinton Twp., Farmington Hills, Roseville, Shelby Twp., Southfield, Sterling Heights, Macomb Twp. and Troy. Normal start time is 3:00pm.

Hourly pay rate: $19.00/hr (biweekly pay)

Responsibilities of this position include

• Establishing work standards
• Conducting site evaluations to ensure all are being cleaned and detailed to customers satisfaction, following closely to the scope of work expected

• Ability to use cellphone application to clock in and clock out for scheduled work hours
• Ability to use cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures
• Show up to location on time, every time as scheduled
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team like setting or individually
• Able to work with minimal supervision from upper management
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Cleaning Duties are but not limited to

• Basic commercial cleaning
• Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber)
• Detailing
• Dusting and wet wiping
• Trash removal
• Bathroom cleaning
• Supply stocking

QualificationsRequirements of this position include

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle

Basic Qualifications
