U.S. Servico, Inc. is seeking an Evening Assistant Janitorial Supervisor in Wixom, MI.

This full-time, hands-on role covers roughly 32–40 hours per week with a typical 5:00 pm start, Monday through Friday and possible weekend coverage. You will supervise cleaning crews across multiple sites, ensure adherence to the scope of work, and maintain safety and quality standards. Candidates must be 18+, with at least 2 years of commercial cleaning experience and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to read safety guidelines.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial cleaning experience.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 75%.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishing work standards.
• Conducting site evaluations to ensure cleanliness and adherence to scope of work.
• Orientation and training of employees.
• Ensuring the highest level of cleanliness, quality and safety.
• Fill in for absent employees when needed to clean service areas.
• Cover open shifts as required.
• Coordinate with warehouse to stock janitor closets.
• Evaluate janitor closets for organization.
• Operate cleaning equipment as needed (vacuum, floor scrubber, mopping systems).
• Complete inspection reports and post pictures; clock in/out via app.

Hourly pay rate: $17.00/hr + gas card (biweekly pay)

Description

This is a full time evening, hands on, Assistant Janitorial Supervisor Position. This will be anywhere from 32-40 hours a week. This position will be typically Monday - Friday but could also include some weekend coverage if needed. Some of the cities to be covered will include Auburn Hills, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Clinton Twp., Farmington Hills, Roseville, Shelby Twp., Southfield, Sterling Heights, Macomb Twp. and Troy. Normal start time is 5:00pm.

Responsibilities of this position include

• Ability to use cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures
• Show up to location on time, every time as scheduled
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team-like setting or individually
• Able to work with minimal supervision from upper management
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Requirements of this position include

• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Excellent attention to detail
• Min. 2 years of Commercial Cleaning experience reflected on resume
• Good communication skills
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and achieve effective time management
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Self--directed

Cleaning Duties are but not limited to

• Basic commercial cleaning
• Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber)
• Detailing
• Dusting and wet wiping
• Trash removal
• Bathroom cleaning
• Supply stocking

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to the job site
• Previous management experience required
• Previous commercial cleaning preferred; i.e., Office, Medical, Retail
• High School and/or GED is encouraged
