Job summary

U.S. Servico, Inc. is hiring a part-time Cleaning Specialist for evening shifts in Lansing, MI. The role requires cleaning a building on Mon, Wed, and Fri nights for 4.5 hours, starting after 8pm, with an hourly pay of $15.00. Candidates must be 18+ and able to follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail to customers' satisfaction following scope of work.
• Operate cleaning equipment as required.
• Meet scheduled hours and show up on time.
• Clock in/out using the mobile app and complete reports with photos.
• Lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Work alone or in a team to complete tasks.
• Follow Servico standards during cleaning.

Description

This is for a part time evening position. This building will be cleaned on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights for 4.5 hours a night. Start time is after 8pm.

Hourly pay rate: $15.00/hr (biweekly pay)

Responsibilities

• Able to use cleaning equipment if required (i.e. canister or backpack vacuum, walk behind floor scrubber, and mopping systems)
• Using various cleaning chemicals
• Able to bend, stand, lift, etc.
• Ability to use cellphone application to clock in and clock out for scheduled work hours
• Ability to use cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures
• Clean and detail to customers satisfaction, following closely to scope of work expected.
• Clean service areas according to Servico Standards (reviewed during training)
• Show up to location on time, every time as scheduled
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team like setting or individually
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Cleaning duties are, but not limited to

• Basic commercial cleaning
• Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber)
• Detailing
• Dusting and wet wiping
• Trash removal
• Bathroom cleaning
• Supply stocking

Qualifications

• High School and/or GED is encouraged
• Previous commercial cleaning preferred; i.e., Office, Medical, Retail
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site
