U.S. Servico, Inc. is seeking an Evening Assistant Janitorial Supervisor in Wixom, MI to oversee cleaning operations for multiple sites. The role is full-time, typically 32–40 hours weekly, with evening shifts starting around 5:00pm.

• Bend, stand, and lift as part of duties.
• Clock in/out via cellphone app for scheduled hours.
• Complete inspection reports and post pictures via app.
• Show up on time, every time, as scheduled.
• Work well in a team-like setting or independently.

Evening Assistant Janitorial Supervisor - Fenton, MI

This is a full time evening, hands on, Assistant Janitorial Supervisor Position. This will be anywhere from 32-40 hours a week. This position will be typically Monday - Friday but could also include some weekend coverage if needed. Some of the cities to be covered will include Brighton, Fenton, Fowlerville, Howell, New Hudson, Novi, Walled Lake and Wixom. Normal start time is 5:00pm.

Hourly pay rate: $18.00/hr + gas card (biweekly pay)

Responsibilities of this position include

Requirements of this position include

• Valid drivers' license and a reliable vehicle

Cleaning Duties are but not limited to

• Basic commercial cleaning
• Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber)
• Detailing
• Dusting and wet wiping
• Trash removal
• Bathroom cleaning
• Supply stocking

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to the job site
• Previous management experience required
• Previous commercial cleaning preferred; i.e., Office, Medical, Retail
• High School and/or GED is encouraged
