Job summary

U.S. Servico, Inc. is hiring a part-time Cleaning Specialist for evening shifts in Detroit. The role requires cleaning buildings Monday through Friday for 2.5 hours per night after 5pm, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates are 18+ years old, capable of following safety guidelines, and reliable for on-time attendance. No advanced degrees required; previous janitorial experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School and/or GED encouraged.
• Previous commercial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to understand and adhere to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail to customer satisfaction following the scope of work.
• Mop, vacuum, trash removal, bathroom cleaning and basic detailing.
• Follow cleaning schedule and use equipment as required (vacuum, floor scrubber).
• Clock in/out and complete inspection reports via cellphone app.
