Exclusive Cleaning Services (ECS) seeks a part-time Commercial Cleaner based in Ann Arbor, with shifts from 8:00–11:00 or 17:00–21:00. The role offers 15–20 hours per week and requires reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include leading onsite client management, general cleaning, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, bathrooms, trash, and safety policy adherence. ECS values punctuality, independence, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

• Clean bathrooms (sinks, mirrors, toilets, etc.).
• Empty trash bins
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Introduction:

Exclusive Cleaning Services (ECS) has an immediate need for a part-time Commercial Cleaner. The position is based in Ann Arbor and will work primarily from 8 am to 11 am or 5 pm to 9 pm. The minimum scheduled time for this position is 15-20 hours per week.

Headquartered in Livonia, Michigan, ECS provides custodial services across southeast Michigan. The commercial cleaner is responsible for ensuring client facilities are clean and well-maintained. Reliability, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude is a must. A successful candidate in this role is punctual, can work independently and as part of a team, thorough but fast, and eager to learn.
