Job summary

Washington County Mental Health Services seeks a licensed or license-eligible psychotherapist to provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy with a strong DBT focus. Services delivered across office, home, and community settings, aligning with recovery-oriented, strength-based care.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a mental health/behavioral health discipline is required.
  • Licensure or license eligible as a Mental Health Professional; supervision available.
  • DBT experience preferred; knowledge of evidence-based practices is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy services to clients in the Intensive Adult Mental Health Program and other WCMHS programs.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions based on client and program needs.
  • Provide family therapy and couples therapy when clinically indicated.
  • Deliver community support services as part of the treatment plan.
