Access Hub ClinicianWashington County Mental Health Services is seeking a Clinician for the Access Hub. This role provides crisis intervention, clinical assessments, brief psychotherapy, and solution-focused interventions for adults in crisis. The Access Hub works in constant collaboration with the CVMC emergency department and other internal and external resources to provide crisis intervention at the Access Hub workspace, at clients' homes, and in the community.If you are a clinician experienced in crisis intervention with a comfort level working in home or field-based services, reach out today to find out more about this role that meets a critical community need, providing clinical services through crisis and into stability.Summary of DutiesCrisis intervention in treatment, community, and home spaces in collaboration with internal and external community partnersService coordination and referral to long-term providersCrisis consultation to treatment providers, family members, and WCMHS staffMaintain accurate and timely case recordsParticipate in and lead treatment team meetingsCompensation and BenefitsWCMHS provides a comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance package and a generous employer match of retirement contributions. Travel to individuals in crisis is expected and frequent, using your own vehicle.
