In a small, licensed residential care home, your work directly supports residents in a structured, 24/7 environment with nursing oversight.Through hands-on guidance with daily living skills, meal planning, vocational activities, medication routines, and treatment and recovery planning, you help residents build the skills they need to succeed beyond the residential setting.
