Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health discipline is required.
• Peer Supervisor License preferred but not required.
• Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Clearance, Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; valid Driver's License; not listed on Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.

Responsabilités

• Lead the psychosocial program day-to-day, staffing and service quality.
• Provide hands-on supervision and coaching to your team.
• Step in with direct client services whenever the program needs you.
• Be the point person your staff can count on, including 24-hour availability for emergencies.
• Support fellow programs with backup supervision when needed.
• Manage staffing, documentation, billing, and re-authorizations with precision and speed.
• Partner with Accounting to resolve billing issues quickly.
• Maintain licensing compliance with contracts and agency policy.
• Drive performance with regular staff meetings and incident reporting.
