Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems in Easton, PA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee designated clinical staff and provide direct care as needed. This is a full-time role with daytime hours, reporting to the Program Coordinator.

You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with licensure standards, support program development, and contribute to quality improvement and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health field from a regionally accredited institution.
• Two years post-degree experience in behavioral health; one year supervisory experience preferred.
• License required: LPC, LCSW, CADC or CAADC.
• Clearances: Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and fingerprint-based federal criminal history; not on Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to program staff.
• Orient new staff to agency policies, SOPs, and licensure requirements.
• Provide feedback on service quality during evaluations.
• Maintain licensure and relevant certifications.
• Ensure services comply with recovery principles and cultural competence.
• Oversee client outcome data collection and propose quality improvements.
• Provide crisis assessment and support as needed.
