Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems, a Chimes Company, is seeking a Psychosocial Coordinator in Exton, PA to lead the psychosocial program and supervise staff. You will guide clients, ensure high standards of care, and provide hands-on supervision while coordinating day-to-day operations and service delivery.

You’ll engage in staff development, participate in program planning, and ensure compliance with licensing and policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health discipline required.
• Peer Supervisor License preferred but not required.
• Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Clearance, and fingerprint-based FBI history; valid driver’s license.
• Not listed on Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.

Responsibilities

• Lead the psychosocial program and supervise staff, ensuring service quality.
• Provide hands-on supervision and coaching to the team, individually and in groups.
• Step in with direct client services when needed and be available for emergencies.
• Maintain staffing, documentation, billing, and re-authorizations with precision and speed.
• Ensure compliance with licensing standards, contracts, and agency policy.
• Represent the agency professionally with payers and community partners.
