Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually.
• Self-starter, with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Driving is an essential duty of this job; must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans and account leadership to maximize sales performance.
• Deliver clear, compelling messages to customers and close calls with a commitment to action.
• Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships aligned to customer needs.
• Apply market and therapeutic area knowledge to identify opportunities and guide account plans.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues using company resources.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
