Job summary

Lundbeck seeks a Psychiatry Account Manager to lead promotion of the psychiatry portfolio across the Jackson, MS area and adjacent boundaries. You will develop and execute sales strategies, engage customers with compelling clinical messages, and build strong internal and external relationships.

Travel up to 30–40% domestically, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must be certified on product knowledge annually.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and tactics using data insights to maximize sales.
• Deliver clear, compelling messages to customers and close calls with action.
• Build and maintain relationships aligned to customer needs and Lundbeck goals.
• Gather market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues.
