Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager to lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio across a Jackson, MS territory. You will apply clinical knowledge and data-driven insights to drive sales, forge internal and external relationships, and execute strategic plans to improve patient access and outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS and 2+ years in biopharmaceutical sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 40% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate ability to score highly on disease and product training exams and annual product knowledge certification.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of psychiatry portfolio and execute sales strategies.
• Apply data-based insights to create opportunities and allocate resources for sales execution.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and payer access issues.
