Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, HR Management, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of graduate medical education (GME) administration, residency and fellowship program operations, and academic medicine environments.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance processes.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with standard business software and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative operations for psychiatry residency and fellowship programs.
• Support accreditation activities, compliance initiatives, and site visit preparations.
• Manage trainee onboarding, scheduling, rotations, and educational program logistics.
• Coordinate committees, meetings, program evaluations, and accreditation documentation.
• Assist with residency and fellowship recruitment, interview activities, and trainee communications.
• Maintain program records, databases, and educational technologies, including trainee management systems.
• Collaborate with faculty, trainees, and institutional partners to support program success and continuous improvement.
