Qualifications

• MD or related degree required and board certified in general psychiatry.
• Three or more years of psychiatry education program leadership, administration, and teaching in an ACGME accredited training program.
• Multicultural competency with diverse patient populations and LGBTQIA2S+ affirming environment.

Responsabilités

• Direction and oversight of the educational curriculum and maintaining program compliance with ACGME standards.
• Approx. 60% administrative time and 40% clinical effort; oversee rotations, didactics, assessment, and scholarly activity.
• Lead recruitment and selection of residents; ensure residents' comprehensive clinical education.
• Create and engage in high-quality educational programs and strategic planning in graduate medical education.
• Coordinate with clinical leadership across affiliate sites to ensure compliance and supervise residents.
