Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• Must be certified on product knowledge annually.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and communication skills.
• Must live within 40 miles of the territory boundaries.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and credentialing requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Business Planning & Account Leadership: use digital tools and data insights to create opportunities and allocate resources.
• Selling: deliver clear messages, probe needs, and close calls with action commitments.
• Customer Development: build relationships based on needs and goals with total office approach.
• Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise: analyze trends, map linkages, apply therapeutic knowledge.
• Reimbursement: stay informed on payer dynamics and address access issues using Lundbeck resources.
• Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance: adhere to policies, FDA regulations, and industry standards.
