Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a results-driven Psychiatry Account Manager to lead promotion of our psychiatry portfolio across a defined Winston-Salem, NC territory. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build key relationships with accounts, and deliver evidence-based messages to healthcare professionals.

Travel up to 30-40% within the United States; requires a BA/BS and 2+ years pharma or healthcare sales, strong communication, and staying compliant with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience.
• Ability to score highly on disease and product training exams.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Able to meet credentialing requirements for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Promote psychiatry portfolio and execute sales strategies.
• Lead business planning and account leadership to maximize sales performance.
• Deliver clear, compelling product messaging and overcome objections.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers and accounts.
• Apply market/therapeutic area knowledge to identify opportunities.
• Navigate reimbursement issues using Lundbeck resources.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with pharmaceutical guidelines.
