Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager in Winston-Salem, NC. You will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, applying clinical knowledge to drive sales performance and build strong customer relationships.

This role requires 2+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, residence within 40 miles of the territory, and willingness to travel up to 30–40% domestically. The position offers a competitive salary and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Driving is an essential duty of this job; must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Meeting and complying with reasonable industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers / customer facilities is required for continued employment with Lundbeck.

Responsibilities

• Promote the psychiatry portfolio and execute sales strategies with clinical knowledge.
• Develop and manage account plans, relationships, and strategy to drive sales performance.
• Address payer access issues and reimbursement considerations with Lundbeck resources.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, Lundbeck policies, and FDA rules.
