Job summary

Jobtome is seeking a Registered Nurse for a psychiatric inpatient environment. You will provide professional nursing care to patients, develop care plans, and ensure adherence to hospital policies. The role supports pediatric to geriatric patients within the UPC Inpatient/Geriatrics department.

The position is 0.90 FTE on Nights with potential sign-on and relocation assistance. An NM RN license and CPR/BLS credentials are required to practice in this facility.

Qualifications

• Program Graduate required.
• Bachelor's Degree required or preferred.
• Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate credential desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for psychiatric patients across age groups.
• Design nursing care plans and assist in overall care plans.
• Administer medications, including IV, following the Seven Rights.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and document patient status.
• Educate patients and families on treatment regimens and compliance.
• Coordinate with physicians, staff and other providers.
