Job summary

Jobtome is seeking a professional Registered Nurse for inpatient psychiatric care. The role involves designing care plans, delivering comprehensive nursing services, and ensuring safety and recovery in a mental health setting.

Responsibilities include medication administration, coordination with the care team, and patient/family education. A NM RN license and CPR/BLS are required, with aggressive behavior certification within 30 days; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• RN license in NM or eligible by reciprocal agreement
• CPR for Healthcare/BLS
• Aggressive Behavior Certification within 30 days
• Bilingual abilities in English and other languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for psychiatric patients and design care plans
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor patient responses
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and staff; assist group therapy
• Chart symptoms, collect data, and document patient changes
• Educate patients and families on treatment regimens and safety

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
