SOL Mental Health in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a licensed PMHNP to join our clinician-centered team. You will provide high-quality medication management across adults, young adults, and children, with support from a collaborative care model.

What You Bring

• Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in NY
• Active DEA license in NY
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
