Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a licensed PMHNP to join our clinician-centered team. Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, children, and families, with collaborative support from admin and billing teams.

You will lead medication management, engage in crisis interventions, and document timely, accurate patient records while leveraging ongoing CEU opportunities and a supportive professional environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in NY
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years in medication management for children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred

Responsibilities

What You Bring

• Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in NY
• Active DEA license in NY
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
