Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a Lead PMHNP to guide clinical care across ages, with direct patient work and leadership responsibilities in New York. The role blends in-person and telehealth to support a growing patient base.

You will mentor clinicians, oversee medication management, and collaborate across teams to improve outcomes. Expect 10–20 hours of direct patient care weekly plus strategic leadership, with strong support and resources to do your best work.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NY PMHNP license required.
• Active NY DEA registration and NPI number.
• 3+ years of medication management with children, adolescents, and/or adults; clinical supervision preferred.

• $145,000 - $233,400+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring

• Active, unrestricted NY PMHNP license; NJ license a plus.
• Active, unrestricted NY DEA registration.
• Active NPI number
• 3+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
• Prior clinical supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Comfortable using data to drive performance and identify opportunities
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
