Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a licensed PMHNP to join our collaborative team in Silver Spring. You will provide high‑quality, evidence‑based medication management for adults, adolescents, and children within a supportive, clinician‑led environment.

• Licensed PMHNP in MD
• Active MD DEA license
• Active NPI number
• 2+ years of medication management experience

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care
• Treat adults, young adults, and children as appropriate
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions
• Complete timely, accurate documentation

What You Bring

• Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in MD
• Active DEA license in MD
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
