Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Reston, VA is seeking a licensed PMHNP to join our collaborative, clinician-centered team. You’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, with clinical hour-based incentives and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP with VA registration and active DEA.
• Experience providing medication management to children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and children as appropriate.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

• $ 140,000 - $ 228,400 + inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring

• Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in VA
• Active DEA license in VA
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
