SOL Mental Health in Virginia is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide high-quality, evidence-based care across adults, young adults, and/or children with a collaborative care model.

You’ll join a clinician-centered team with comprehensive medical, dental, vision benefits, generous CEU budget, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, and full administrative support including referrals, billing, scheduling, and marketing to help you focus on patient care.

• Active DEA license in VA
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care

• $ 140,000 - $ 228,400 + inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring

• Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in VA
• Active DEA license in VA
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
