Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a licensed PMHNP to provide high-quality psychiatric care at our Frederick office. You will manage medication treatment for children, adolescents, and adults within a collaborative, clinician-centered team. The role includes crisis support and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold Active PMHNP license in MD
• Active MD DEA license
• Active NPI number
• 2+ years of direct clinical care experience preferred
• Experience with medication management for children/adolescents/adults preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care
• Treat adults, young adults, and children as scope allows
• Assess and manage crises with appropriate interventions
• Complete timely, accurate documentation

What You Bring

• Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in MD
• Active DEA license in MD
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
