Job summary

SOL Mental Health is hiring a licensed PMHNP to provide high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care in a collaborative setting. You’ll work with adults, young adults, and children in a hybrid in-office and telehealth environment, with strong clinical support and referrals to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires an active PMHNP in MD, an MD DEA license, and 2+ years of medication management experience in a team-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Active, licensed PMHNP in MD required.
• MD DEA license and NPI number required.
• Direct clinical care experience preferred.
• 2+ years in medication management for all ages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care.
• Treat adults and/or children and adolescents as assigned.
• Support crisis interventions and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and refer as needed.

• $ 140,000 - $ 228,400 + inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring

• Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in MD
• Active DEA license in MD
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
