Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Brooklyn Heights, NY seeks a Licensed PMHNP to provide evidence-based psychiatric care for diverse age groups. You’ll join a clinician-centered team with strong administrative and billing support, including referrals and marketing, to ensure focus on patient care.

The role emphasizes collaboration across disciplines, ongoing professional development, and a commitment to quality care in a supportive practice environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP in NY; active DEA license in NY.
• Active NPI number is required.
• 2+ years of medication management experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

What You Bring

• Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in NY
• Active DEA license in NY
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
