Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Colorado is seeking a licensed PMHNP to join a clinician-centered team in Cherry Creek. You will provide high-quality medication management and direct care to adults, young adults, and children, with robust clinical support.

This role offers a transparent compensation package ($125,000–$223,400+ with guarantee), comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, 401(k) match), and ample professional development through annual CEU budgets and admin support.

Qualifications

• Active, Licensed PMHNP in Colorado
• Active DEA license in Colorado
• Active NPI number
• 2+ years of direct clinical care experience
• Experience providing medication management to children, adolescents, and/or adults preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions
• Complete timely, accurate documentation

What You Bring

• Active,Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Colorado
• Active DEA license in Colorado
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
