Qualifications

• 2–3 years psychiatric patient admissions experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work with minimal supervision; organized and self-disciplined.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review intake packets and coordinate admissions.
• Conduct community assessments and maintain QAPI intake data.
• Maintain Intake staff schedules and provide shift coverage when needed.
• Recruit, train, and onboard intake team members in coordination with administration.
• Maintain relationships with ERs statewide and referral sources to support census.
• Communicate admission needs with physicians and the Director of Nursing.
